Twist-Tie Man Full Body Shot by TheTwistTieGuy Twist-Tie Man Full Body Shot by TheTwistTieGuy
My life-size twist-tie man in a full body shot, he is about my height which is about 5-feet 6-inches and is composed of more than 10,000 twist-ties. I started this man in 2003 and finished him 2006 in a total of ~350 hours. He is a swashbuckler of sorts and wields two swords and has a feather in his hat.

There's me in there to show you some perspective, remeber he was modeled of of me and I started when I was about 12-13 which is why he's a little bit smaller than I.

HOLY CRAP. And I thought I made great twist-tie creations! I make Twist tie figures too, but some of them get kind of spindly, which I like. I can only dream of making them 3-dimensional-ish... My tallest is at least a foot, and looks kind of like a warped alien version of the Grim Reaper when equipped with his scythe! He can't stand (such a pity) but he can hang and kneel! Anyway... IT'S OVER 10,000! MY GAWSH, HOW'D YA DO IT?! I DON'T THINK I'D HAVE ENOUGH PATIENCE TO DO THIS!

I have to admit that I am more than a little intimidated by the twist-tie man. I would not want to meet him in an alleyway after dark. D: But he is so impressive!!!
